Lucy Cammiss – Director

Lucy Cammiss established The Lighthaus in 2013 after 11 years’ experience in the talent management industry with Connors Sports Management. During her time with Connors, Lucy personally secured major contracts and endorsements for her big-name AFL clients with companies including NAB, Telstra, Toyota, Cadbury, Nike, Adidas, Channel 9, Channel 7and Citibank.

Lucy has established herself as one of the top talent managers in Australia, and in 2005 was the first female to receive Agents Accreditation by the AFL Players Association. In 2012 Lucy was a member of the Australian Olympic Committee Media Team for the London Olympics.
